Being a trainer is the best thing about it. . . : Helping people. Although it’s a cliché answer, it’s an amazing feeling to know that I’ve helped people improve their lives and their careers. It seems like I meet people everywhere. They tell me things about their careers. It’s an amazing feeling!
Video training is something I am passionate about because it allows me to. . . It allows me reach a wider audience and has the potential to make an even greater impact on people’s lives. Although instructor-led training is great, it is not scaleable. CBTs and video-based training are the best in terms of scalability, as they can be used to reach many people in many places.
