It’s amazing how Coding Dojo has grown in the past year. We began in a small office in San Jose. Now we have 10 locations across the country, have expanded online programs and offer courses in other countries. We have remained laser-focused on the one thing that really matters: the success and happiness of our students throughout this journey. We are proud to present the Coding Dojo Global Outcomes & Impact Report, which highlights student outcomes in our Full-Time and Part Time Software Engineering programs that ended between February 1st and December 31st 2019.
We first compiled all student outcomes data from programs that ended between February 1st and December 31st 2019. Our Career Services team closely tracks alumni’s progress to ensure that they are on the right path to success and discover possible career opportunities. We regularly check alumni LinkedIn profiles and communicate with them to keep them updated on their career opportunities. Students can opt-in or out of our Career Services program at the time of their initial enrollment. Coding Dojo outcomes must be transparent and trustworthy. After final placement data had been collected, we contacted Delivery Associates, a third-party auditing firm, to verify our results. Their team selected a random sample from 257 students to achieve statistically significant results within a 95% confidence interval. We also surveyed all Coding Dojo alumni to gain additional insight into their post-Dojo career paths and satisfaction.Without further ado, we’re excited to share our alumni outcomes!To download the full report, please visit www.codingdojo.com/outcomes.
